charming stay with attentive service
botanical gardens quality food beach proximity
the botanical gardens were particularly beautiful. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and high quality food. the proximity to the beach was excellent. i enjoyed easy access to the sand and sea. the pools featured slides. the slides provided fun for all ages.
The gym equipment was somewhat dated. Some machines need maintenance.

The staff at the reception was helpful and gave useful recommendations. the pool bar personnel demonstrated friendliness and skill in creating delicious cocktails. Their attentiveness enhanced the relaxing experience. the service.

old towels loud music
the rooms seemed a bit outdated. the towels felt old. air conditioning in one room was broken, while in the other it was too noisy. the noise was distracting, i could hear other guests and staff. the pool towel system was inconvenient. the towels felt worn. the music was too loud by the pool and in the restaurants.

Good hotel with some drawbacks
relaxing pools convenient location helpful staff outdated room ineffective air conditioning repetitive buffet
I enjoyed the pools. They provided a relaxing experience. The location near the beach offered convenient access. The staff demonstrated helpfulness throughout my stay.
The room was somewhat old. It needed some updates. The air conditioning was not very effective. It struggled to cool the space. The breakfast buffet seemed quite repetitive .

mixed feelings about this resort
weak shower faulty air conditioning
the room I stayed in had some issues. the air conditioning barely worked It struggled to keep the room cool. also the shower pressure was very weak it made showering an unenjoyable task.
